STADIUM
TCO Stadium is located at 2685 Vikings Circle, Eagan, MN 55121.
Spectator gates open 60 minutes prior to kickoff. Spectator entry is only permitted through the main gate.
Re-entry is prohibited.
VIP FAN EXPERIENCE
VIP ticket holders will have access to sit in the Reserved seating in section 105, as well as access to the seating at tables in the tiered VIP area in the northwest corner of the stadium. VIP ticket holders will receive a wristband and two drink tickets (for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages). VIP ticket holders can pick up their wristband and drink tickets at the check-in table just inside the stadium..
BAG POLICY
Briefcases, computer bags, luggage of any kind are all prohibited. Hard-sided containers or coolers are prohibited.
PARKING
There are two main parking options for TCO Stadium:
- TCO surface lot located off of Vikings Circle.
- Parking ramp located off of Vikings Circle.
ADA ACCESSIBILITY
ADA seating is available at sections 104 and 106. ADA Parking is located at the top level of the Parking Ramp. ADA Entrance is through the main entrance.
PERMITTED ITEMS
Permitted items include:
- Blankets
- Factory-sealed or empty reusable plastic or metal water bottles 32oz and under
- Legless chairs or seatbacks
- Small umbrellas that can be folded and placed under the seat
- Aerosol sunscreen, hand sanitizer, or bug spray
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into TCO Stadium. Alcohol sales will be offered inside the stadium with ID check.
AUTOGRAPHS
Fans will be able to grab their favorite players’ autographs on the field after the match. Entry to the field will be granted to fans at the stairs by section 101. If needed, fans can use the elevator near the women’s restrooms with staff escort to get to field level.
CAMERAS
Video cameras and cameras with lenses larger than 6 inches are prohibited.
CHILDREN AND INFANT TICKET POLICY
Children 3yo and under do not need a ticket. All others must have a ticket.
CONCESSIONS
Concessions are available on the south concourse.
GUEST CONDUCT
TC Gemini rugby matches should be an enjoyable experience for everyone. To promote athletic excellence and fan enjoyment, we ask for your assistance displaying a high degree of respect and sportsmanship. If a patron displays conduct which endangers or disrupts players, coaches, officials, or other patrons, WER and TCO Stadium management reserve the right to remove the individual from TCO Stadium. No refunds will be granted in such cases.

ON-FIELD ACCESS
Only authorized personnel will be permitted on the field before, during, and after the game. Any unauthorized person going onto the field will be removed from the stadium and subject to arrest.
PROHIBITED ITEMS & ACTIVITIES
Common items that spectators are prohibited from bringing into TCO Stadium include, but are not limited to:
- Air horns, whistles, cowbells or other distracting noisemakers
- Alcoholic beverages
- Animals (except service animals)
- Balloons, confetti, glitter, fireworks
- Glass bottles or beverage containers
- Illegal drugs substances, drug paraphernalia or aerosols (i.e. mace, pepper spray, etc.)
- Laptop computers, mono/tripods
- Pole-mounted signs, banners, or flags on poles, staffs, or selfie sticks
- Flags, signs, banners larger than 4’x6’
- Projectiles (i.e. sporting goods/equipment like rugby balls, soccer balls, frisbees, beach balls, etc.)
SEATING
Most sections are General Admission, except for section 105 (reserved seating) and the tiered VIP section.
SERVICE DOGS
Animals are not permitted within the stadium except for certified service dogs for guests with disabilities.
SPORTS PLAZA
VIP seating only. Fans can gather in this area after the game for post-game autographs.
TAILGATING
Tailgating is prohibited on the campus surrounding TCO Stadium, including all stadium parking.
